what a great way to spend my day.
alright, so i went to vicki's house after school to cook the shepherd's pie for our legacy project. we are doing about the eurasian race so we found out that they eat PIES. hahahah. ok la, so lame. yeh, so before going to her house, we stopped at the cold storage at siglap centre to buy some groceries. and you know what, that stupid woman made me carry all the stuffs in a stupid basket cause she didnt have a dollar with her so i couldnt use the trolley. yep so we spent about 40 minutes at cold storage searching for groceries and arguing at the same time. at first i wanted to take the bus but she insisted that we cabbed home because of all the things we were carrying. argh, the potatoes were so heavy but yeah it was not me who was carrying it, so why bother. hahahaha. ee, so evil.
reached vicki's house and started on the preparation. i was like the only one doing everything at first la cause she kept eating her apple chips and blahblah. ok so i started on chopping tomatoes while at the same time, thawing the peas and minced pork. haha. then finally she could move her butt and help. and that was when i was trying to grind the parsleys which werent really good cause the leaves kept flying everywhere. hahaha. at first her kitchen was tidied up so neatly la, then ah, after this, it was in such a mess. a horrible mess. right, so her mum decided to help me grind the stupid parsleys. then there was the minced pork. vicki was holding this medium sized bowl while i was trying to pour the pork in. then i shaked too hard, a few pieces of the meat flew off. but she dodged it and everything went on the floor. totally great. then this woman started screaming her head off like there was no tomorrow. yea then we started on the gravy which was supposed to be used as a seaoning for the meat. yep. hahahaha. anyway, we just dumped most of the ingredients into the pot with the gravy. mind you, the pot wasnt very big so everything overflowed when i attempted to stir the stuffs inside. hahahahah. the stove was quite dirty actually. so the rest of the time vicki was just doing the potatoes while i was doing the minced pork part.
finally i was done with my stuffs, so i started washing up all the pots and pans. vicki's sister came back home and started walking around. then i was like talking about how slow the potatoes were made and me and vicki got into a fight, like joking one la. she took her spade or something and wanted to hit me while i took the cook's knife and wanted to chop her. then she used potatoes, then i wanted to take the meat and have a meat fight. but you see, as our argument got louder and louder, her sister who was watching all along got herself choked by the vitasoy she was drinking. hahahaha. then i went to da bian, but after i finish my da bian, the potatoes were still not done. so i went to watch spongebob squarepants on the tv. AHHHHH patrick is so cute, you know, he was so darn funny. i laughed so much la, and mind you, i was the only one laughing. ok right, so i am kind of crazy. yep. haha. then we finally finished but there was not enough potatoes for the 3rd tray of the shepherd's pie so vicki's going to do it herself on another day. before friday of course. haha. yeah.
but yes, i am sorry la stupid woman, i know you have to wake up at 4am just to get the thing baked and ready. sorry, next time we shall do something that doesnt require much work la. haha
