cross country yesterday. the first part was quite fun, cause me and mengmei kept walking around getting milo and taking pictures of the teacher's babies. hahahah. we are like some stalkers la. oh me and mengmei are the ham and cheese duo. one pink one yellow. haha. then after the zany parade, me, mengmei, jialing and jinli sat on this huge cardboard which was previously jinli's bread. we were like sun tanning there la. hahah. then many people visited us in which i took many pictures with them. yay
ok then we just slacked until we were dismissed. me and jialing were lying on the cardboard, trying to get a tan. haha while mengmei and jinli couldnt stand the heat and they used my umbrella.
started walking to macs with shilbe, xiaoxuan, oli, mengmei and jialing. we walked and walked, oli and i were so exhausted la cause we walked that path before and it was damn long lah. then ok suddenly, it started pouring HEAVILY. even my umbrella didnt help much. we ran to this nearby shelter where we started to entertain each other by cracking jokes. =) then when the rain became a bit less intense, we started walking quickly to macs. and yep, finally reached there and had our lunch. i was feeling so cold because i was drenched ma. finished lunch and we decided to cycle as the rain had reduced to a drizzle. rented 2 double bikes and a pair of skates. shilbe was skating, while the rest cycled. i partnered oli, then mengmei and xiaoxuan partnered each other lor.
we started cycling, since me and oli cycled before together, it was quite easy for us. but for xiaoxuan and mengmei, they didnt exactly started very well. haha. they were screaming a lot. so we were supposed to accompany jialing to the underground passage to NTUC. then yeah, started cycling towards bedok jetty. oli never cycled because she was very tired after running for cross country so in the end, i was the one doing all the work. hahah. we cycled and cycled then suddenly, it poured heavily again. we were all drenched once more. cycled to this bus stop near the seafood centre to take a break. and we found out that our clothings were all soiled. people like mengmei and oli, who sat at the back, the back of their shirt had big drops and small drops of a mixture of mud and water. hahaha. and the people in front, namely me and xiaoxuan, had our legs covered with sand and dried mud. oh the front of our shirt is a little dirty too. haha. but better than oli and mengmei.
then we continued, but it was still drizzling la. oli asked me to cycle to bedok jetty cause she wanted to play there or something. but when i reached there, she just told me to make a u turn back to the cycling track. -_- right, waste my energy. then we just kept cycling and cycling till we reach another jetty i think. well, this time we got down our bikes and took pictures. hahaha. there were many people sailing in the sea. haha. and guess what, we found out that we only had about 30 minutes before the deadline of our rented bikes. then we hurried up and made our journey back. there was this part when we were coming down a slope, shilbe said to be careful of a road block but then yeah, my bicycle went swooshing down the slope, and oli was screaming her head off behind me. in the end, due to my superb skills, we managed to reach the end of the slope without a scratch. just the oli was terrified. hahaha. then i started asking oli to keep track of the time for me. in the end, she was just trying out her british accent on me. like saying four O three as FOR OO THHHREE. and so on. and she also said "come on, hurry up DUDE" like i am not a dude la please. stupid oli. we kept laughing la. she was getting high.
then i complained about my knee so she told me to lift both my legs up while she cycle from behind. it ended up in a disaster la but it was really fun. ok so we reached the kiosk and returned everything. yep
oh ya, during our journey, we made a first stop at the food centre where i bought myself a cup of ginger tea and the rest had soursop juice. i was afraid of getting sick so i had to drink ginger tea. hahaha next stop was somewhere in the middle of nowhere. oli bought mango ice cream and started eating it behind me. she was enjoying herself while i cycled until my legs went numb.
yeah then after that we went to macs again to get some refreshments and started making our way to the underground passage to NTUC. from there oli, shilbe and mengmei left. me and xiaoxuan went to pp to use the toilet. hahaha. cleaner over there. i changed back to the class shirt cause my other shirt was so gross la, i might have looked like some refugee la. yep the xiaoxuan left and i was left at pp alone to wait for my mum.
i walked around, went to zfencing and kajiao the coaches. hahaha. then i was supposed to go singtel to meet vicki since she was also at pp. i went to singtel and saw her and her sister busy looking at the descriptions of each handphones on a LCD tv. hahaha. so dumb la. then i went to mph there, leaned on the glass. waited for miss vicki to come out. she came out, and she looked around but i think her eyes got stamps on it, cause she could not see me until i started laughing. then she got a shock. yeah then after a while i went to meet my mum to have dinner at fish and co. after dinner, my mum went to walk around while i went to mph. vicki and her sister came to look for me and i was just about the call her when she shouted my name from behind and i got so shocked i practically jumped up la. haha. dumb. then yes, went back to singtel and listen to her talk about phones. in the end, i think the best phone for her is a cordless phone. i think i will consider buying that for her. haha. so good right, just bring it wherever you go, plug into the phone input and stuffs. and TADA, your phone is done. you dont need to waste any money cause the bill will go to the place where you used it. HAHAHA.
went home after that. was dead tired.
