since i am waiting for my amazing race to load, then i shall blogged about last saturday.
went ice skating, AGAIN. gosh, cant believe i actually went ice skating 2 times in a row. well this time i went with mengmei, patricia, and priscilla( pat's sister )
i was late so i met them at about 11+ at city hall mrt. then we headed to jurong east. we went to macs to take away some food to eat at the rink. apparently miss vicki and her sister wanted food as well so we got them mc flurry and mc nuggets meal respectively.
yeh, then this time there was no shilbe to help me wear my boots so i had to wear them myself. amazingly, it wasnt at all difficult. kinda easy actually. haha. and oh yes, instead of wearing long pants today, i wore boardshorts. this information is necessary in the later part of my post.
so before started skating, we ate our lunch while watching 3 national team figure skaters performing their routine for us. there were some ah beng and ah lians sitting around the rink and they were like jeering and mocking those figure skaters. so irritating lah.
then at last, we started skating around. HAH. although i skated just a week before, when i went onto the ice, i couldnt remember how to skate at all. it was all so foreign all of a sudden. but yea, slowly i got used to it.
apparently, whenever vicki sees me skating around, she just has to call me 'retarded'. yeah man then of course, being the usual me, i will definitely say something in return. but that was seriously not a very good idea as she started chasing me. she and her sister had this plan of sandwiching me in the middle while they skate fast fast. so before they tried to sandwich me, i was skating for my life. for the first time i was actually skating at quite a fast speed. well, to my standard i mean. then then i lost control and smash into a guy who was talking to his group of friends. so embarrassing ok. stupid poot. haha.
ok so it was getting kinda boring as we were just kept skating in circles so pat decided that we played CATCHING. haha. erm i cant remember who was the catcher at first but i think it is vicki la. so yeah, she can skate well so obviously she went to chase people like me and mengmei since we werent as good as pat. haha. it went on quite alright just that we got bored of it soon enough.
so the next game pat suggested we played was ice and water. ahhh, at least this game, we continued for quite a long while. it was kinda funny cause we werent obeying the rules of the game.
e.g. when vicki caught me, i didnt exactly stayed where i was but i was gliding here and there. then she went off to catch mengmei which she eventually did. but apparently, even from the other end of the rink, i could see mengmei telling vicki that she wants to move here. or there. or here. then vicki also cannot do anything to stop her. haha. it was so funny.
right then there was this part when fiona, vicki's sister, was the catcher. so she started chasing me. and i was skating as fast as i could but i knew i was not going to escape so i just stopped abruptly, then she didnt know i stopped and went to push me. i was practically flying across the ice for a considerable amount of distance. and in the end, one of my knees had a new bruise on it and the other got scratched and bled a little. my right elbow had some minor scratches too. haha. but it was fun. and i shouldnt have worn boardshorts la.
so we just went on until about 5, we left the rink and went to take neos. we used the same machine again. haha, luckily no one wore green. so after that we took the mrt back home. the ride was quite funny with so many lame jokes. ok and here are pictures of my legs.

anyway, had lunch with vicki and jialing today. gosh, couldnt stop laughing at jialing and vicki. it was so funny. and vicki pinch people very pain lor. now there is this bruise on my left arm. bah
